As the Corporate VP for a large automation company he created a front end sales strategy that brought the company out of the component business and into the solutions business. This strategy which is still in use today, has decreased the attrition rate by creating solutions that are not easily replaced, at the same time increasing profit margins by offer turn-key solutions that customers find significant value in.
